Hi, I’m Estefanía.

Not only am I a Fertility Nutritionist, but I’ve also been in your shoes.

​​My passion for helping women improve their chances of conceiving and having a healthy pregnancy stems from both my professional expertise and deeply personal experiences.

After having my daughter in my early 30s, I went through two back-to-back pregnancy losses in my mid-30s. The second loss involved surgery (which turned out to be unnecessary and due to medical error) and was a traumatic experience that significantly impacted my mental health. 

When I sought guidance and answers, I was dismissed and told I’d have to wait for a third loss before further testing could be done. I’ve never felt more isolated or disempowered. I was treated like a statistic instead of a person who deserved proactive care.

At that time, I was overwhelmed, busy, and struggling to eat balanced meals. My choices were heavily influenced by diet culture, where I focused more on calories than nutrients. I was running on coffee and sugar, completely unaware of how deeply nutrition could impact fertility and overall health.

That experience, paired with my curiosity and commitment to finding a better way, led me back to school to pursue certifications in holistic nutrition and perinatal nutrition. I dove deeply into the connection between diet, lifestyle, and reproductive health, with a focus on the preconception and fertility challenge stages.
